Speakers included: Jiselle Hanna (then newly elected secretary of the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) Victorian branch and long-time trade unionist), Jacqueline Kriz (Socialist Alliance member and former President of Geelong Trades Hall) and Kumarr (a labour researcher from Singapore).
